(13.8% alcohol): Bright ruby-red. Aromas of black cherry, blackberry and licorice. Tight, dry and penetrating, with high-pitched notes of licorice, herbs and mint oil. Shows good intensity of flavor but lacks generosity and give. Finishes with slightly drying tannins. Will this wine soften in bottle before it loses its fruit?
