90(+?) Points | International Wine Cellar , May/June 2013

Saturated deep red with ruby tones.  Dark raspberry, black cherry, smoked meat and a whiff of black tea on the nose.  Plush, concentrated and sweet, showing an almost chocolatey ripeness but strong framing acidity to the dark fruit flavors.  This very ripe wine shows an almost bitter edge on the firmly tannic finish but appears to have the flesh to support its structure.
