Good full yellow.  Tangy yellow plum, mango and canned pineapple aromas show terrific lift.  At once suave, exotic and powerful, with impressive concentration and outstanding persistence to the very ripe, almost fat tropical fruit and sweet spice flavors.  The granite soils of the Brand magically combine elements of ripeness, power and freshness in this wine, which is a textbook example of the kind of outstanding gewürztraminer only Alsace can make.
