(a blend of 13 varieties): Bright gold-tinged yellow. Peach, apricot and herbs on the bright nose. Quite saline in the mouth, but with lively acidity to carry the peppery, long finish. This wine comes from vines planted on similar soil composition around Bergheim; all of the grapes were picked on the same day and vinified together. This is a very important cuvee for Deiss as it represents 35% of his production.
