Pale straw-green.  Fresh, crisp aromas and flavors of yellow apple, beeswax and white flowers.  Lively and on the light side, finishing with very good persistence and a clean minty apple nuance.  This is a rare example of an Alsace domain where the pinot blanc really is all pinot blanc.
