Inky ruby.  Highly aromatic bouquet displays scents of candied black and blue fruits, incense and woodsmoke.  Lush and expansive on the palate, offering sweet blackberry and boysenberry flavors and an exotic touch of lavender pastille.  Shows very good energy on the impressively persistent finish, which leaves vanilla and dark berry notes behind.
