(65% grenache and 35% syrah):  Inky ruby.  Primary smoke-and spice-accented aromas and flavors of dark berries, licorice and cola.  This musky, penetrating wine finishes with noteworthy power, chewy tannins and lingering smokiness.  But it needs a little more time to settle down.
