(still in barrel; 100% destemmed; 12.6% natural alcohol): Bright medium red. Highly spicy aromas of raspberry and toast. Juicy, savory and intense, with firm-edged acidity framing the red berry and menthol flavors. Saline more than sweet, finishing with slightly drying wood tannins.
