Brilliant red.  Smoky, sharply focused aromas of dried cherry, sassafras, potpourri and mocha.  Chewy, energetic and subtly sweet, offering very good depth to its bitter cherry and black raspberry flavors.  Tangy acidity gives lift and vivacity to the persistent finish, which features fine-grained tannins and  a lingering floral nuance.
