Pale gold. High-pitched aromas of lemon curd, white peach and jasmine, with a note of honey emerging with air. Fleshy and nicely concentrated but light on its feet, offering mineral-laced citrus and pit fruit flavors and a touch of candied ginger. Closes on a spicy note, with very good energy and a hint of dusty minerals.
