(80% clairette and 20% roussanne):  Pale gold.  Honey, orange and poached pear on the nose.  Fleshy but dry, with chewy citrus pith and orchard fruit flavors and a hint of tarragon.  Finishes with good cling and focus, leaving a note of poached pear behind.
