Inky ruby.  Musky, high-pitched aromas of ripe dark fruits, potpourri and woodsmoke.  Silky and sweet in the mouth, offering intense black raspberry and bitter cherry flavors and a touch of candied violet.  The floral note carries through the finish, which shows soft tannins and a refreshing bite of smoky minerality.
