Light, bright gold.  Powerful aromas of lime zest, pear skin, white flowers and quinine.  Juicy, intense and deep, with chewy orchard and citrus fruit flavors and bright spiciness and minerality.  Tangy acidity energizes the mineral-accented, persistent finish.
