91 Points | International Wine Cellar , May/June 2013

Bright dark red.  Complex, perfumed aromas and flavors of currant, tobacco, violet menthol, Baker's chocolate and leather.  Nicely tactile and deep, with a silky, pliant texture given lift and thrust by enticing peppery acidity.  Finishes with very suave tannins and excellent rising length.  A lovely young cabernet franc that happens to be about a half-degree lower in alcohol than this winery's other 2010 reds.
