Light, bright orange.  Dried cherry and lavender on the pungent nose.  Dry and chewy on entry, then fleshier and more succulent in the mid-palate, offering tangy blood orange and red berry flavors and a refreshing touch of bitterness.  Finishes gripping and precise, with a late note of anise.
