Vivid ruby.  Explosive, mineral- and spice-accented aromas of red and dark berry preserves, incense and potpourri, with a bright mineral overtone.  Offers sappy black raspberry and blueberry flavors, along with notes of candied licorice and violets.  Gains flesh and weight with aeration and finishes on a gently tannic, floral note.
