Medium-deep straw-yellow.  Fresh, straightforward aromas of nectarine, lemon zest and minerals show a spicy-sweet quality that gains strength with air.  Then ripe and soft in the mouth but with decent tangy lift to the stone fruit and herb flavors.  Becomes creamier with air and finishes with good precision and persistence, perked up by a suggestion of bitter lemon peel.
