89-91 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - March/April 2013

Inky purple.  Primary aromas of blueberry, licorice and violet are lifted by a peppery topnote.  Focused, juicy and intense on the palate, offering potent black and blue fruit flavors and a hint of licorice.  Finishes smooth and broad, with gentle tannins and lingering spiciness.
