Forward and rich with good apple fruit and plenty of age worthy mineral backbone. Good acidity. Very nice! I will try to exercise patience, but make no promises.
Just what I'm looking for in Unoaked Chardonnay

My wife and I don't like the oakiness of many Chardonnays so this was just what we were looking for. Excellent flavor, went perfectly with our roasted chicken. We'll be back for more.
