Very pale silvery-yellow color.  Tangy lime zest, white peach, mint and anise, plus grassy and gooseberry nuances that reminded me of New Zealand sauvignon.  Then supple, juicy and very dry, with a cool peppermint quality to the white grapefruit and lemon peel flavors.  A distinctly uncompromising sauvignon with good mineral lift.  With its modest texture, though, the finish is a bit lean and dried-edged.  Doesn't quite deliver what the nose promises.  (ST)
