Light yellow.  Intense citrus and orchard fruit aromas are complemented by ginger, beeswax and chalky minerals.  Taut and focused on entry, then fleshier in the mid-palate, offering juicy orange and pear flavors and a touch of anise.  Finishes clean, nervy and long, with resonating spiciness and a subtle herbal quality.
