(made with 25% whole clusters): Inky purple. Heady scents of black raspberry, blueberry, incense and violet, along with subtle notes of cracked pepper and black olive. Lush, spicy and expansive, offering palate-staining black and blue fruit compote flavors and an exotic candied floral quality. Clings impressively on the long, penetrating, gently tannic finish, with the blueberry and floral notes repeating.
