Light yellow.  Ripe nectarine, orange and melon scents are lifted and sharpened by suggestions of smoky minerals and white pepper.  Fleshy and broad on entry, then tighter in the mid-palate, with chewy orchard and citrus fruit flavors given spine by tangy acidity.  Quite lithe and fat-free for the variety, finishing with excellent clarity and spicy persistence.
