(made entirely in stainless steel; from vineyard parcels between 30 and 65 years of age): Pale golden yellow. Ripe, musky aromas of pineapple and honey. Plump and ripe in the mouth, offering noteworthy richness to the apple, yellow fruit and honey flavors. Shows a touch of minerality but little in the way of citrus character. Finishes dry, smooth and persistent.
