(10.5% alcohol):  Bright straw.  Lively, pungent scents of lime zest, quinine and jalapeno, with a subtle floral nuance.  Racy, firm and crisp in the mouth, with deeper suggestions of pear and fig and a waxy note.  Closes dry and precise, with excellent clarity and lingering spiciness.  This wine is destined for a long, slow evolution and represents remarkable value.
