Pale straw, delightful sweet oaky floral aroma promises much. Surprising youthful zest in the honeyed citrus attack up front, bracing and vibrant. To be honest I rather preferred the appearance the second day when a little oxidation softened the edges and provided a glimpse of what it might become in time.
