Bright purple.  Pungent redcurrant and cherry on the nose, with hints of dried flowers, herbs and anise adding complexity.  Bitter cherry and blackcurrant flavors are deep and gently sweet, turning more taut on the back half.  Finishes tangy and precise, with good energy and no obvious tannins.
