Light gold.  Dried pear and peach aromas are complicated by notes of pungent herbs and anise.  Chewy, weighty and expansive, boasting good depth to its orchard fruit flavors.  Turns smoother on the finish, which shows good heft and persistence.  Pretty serious for the category.
