About Domaine William Fevre
Fevre was once good. Now it's great. In fact, the improvement of this house is one of the most exciting developments in Chablis in the past 20 years. The ownership of the Henriot family of Champagne, which also owns Bouchard Père et Fils in Beaune, has resulted in a striking transformation.
89-91 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - July/August 2013
(domain wine; still on its lees): Pale yellow-green. Musky aromas of lime, minerals and crushed stone. Fresh and nicely concentrated, with bright lemon-limey acidity energizing the middle palate. Finishes juicy, fresh and long. Unusually strong and gripping for this bottling owing to the small crop in 2012.
