About Domaine William Fevre
Fevre was once good. Now it's great. In fact, the improvement of this house is one of the most exciting developments in Chablis in the past 20 years. The ownership of the Henriot family of Champagne, which also owns Bouchard Père et Fils in Beaune, has resulted in a striking transformation.
88 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - July/August 2013
(domain wine; bottled the week before my visit): Pale green. Subtle aromas of lime, mint and white flowers. A step up in ripeness and depth from the Chablis Champs Royaux, 50% of which is negociant wine. Juicy, lemony village wine with noteworthy precision and persistence.
