Light, bright gold.  A suave, intensely perfumed nose offers tangerine, iodine, buttered toast and fig, with spicy suggestions of lemongrass and ginger.  Penetrating, concentrated and focused, with ripe acidity contributing energy to powerful orchard and citrus fruit flavors.  Rich but minerally, with superb finishing energy and length.  This wine has an admirable track record for aging; there's no way I'd open one for at least five more years.
