(bottled in April): Pale yellow. Pure, calcaire-driven aromas of quinine, mint, minerals and crushed stone, plus a whiff of resiny oak. Densely packed, minerally and quite dry, with a youthful austerity to the concentrated flavors of lemon, minerals and wet stone. Very backward and long on the aftertaste. Should be a beauty but hands-off for five years.
