Bright red with an amber rim.  Spicy aromas of clove, rosemary and nutmeg complement pure red cherry and strawberry on the gorgeous nose; a hint of game emerges with aeration.  Big, fat and dense on the palate but with a solid underpinning of spicy minerality and vibrant acidity lifting and extending the floral red fruit flavors.  The rising finish is savory, classically dry and long.
