(15.1% alcohol; includes 10% botrytized grapes; made with eight hours of skin contact; these 1991 vines were pulled out after the 2012 harvest): Good bright straw-yellow. Honey and peach on the nose. Creamy and intense, with white peach and orange zest flavors enlivened by vibrant acidity. The dense, savory, building finish shows a distinctly zesty character. This wine finished with less than one gram per liter of residual sugar, according to winemaker Billo Naravane.
