(13.4% alcohol; 100% cabernet sauvignon, two-thirds fermented with native yeasts; 50% new oak): Good bright, dark red. Sexy cassis and nutty oak aromas. At once dense and juicy, with a light touch to the dark berry and coffee flavors. Not yet complex but vibrant and long, finishing with serious but supple tannins that should support at least mid-term aging.
