(cropped at less than 20 hectoliters per hectare; this cuvee finished its malolactic fermentation relatively early):  Musky, soil-driven aromas of orange oil, ginger, quinine and crushed rock.  Penetrating, expressive and light on its feet, showing a terrific sugar/acid balance and an almost oily texture to its tangerine and saline mineral flavors.  Best today on the extremely long, youthful finish, which saturates the palate without leaving any impression of weight.  A superb showing:  I love the combination of oily texture and verve.
