89 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - September/October 2014
Bright lemon-yellow color. Aromas of yellow peach and hazelnut. A fat, sweet, silky fruit bomb, showing a slight warmth to the pineapple and peach flavors. Builds nicely on the lingering finish. Clearly a wine from a warm site. (I also liked Javillier's 2012 Bourgogne blanc bottlings: the Cuvee des Forgets for its juicy cut, the Cuvee Oligocene for its balance between pear and white peach fruit and stony minerality; the latter wine rated 88 points.)
