(54% viura, 27% malvasia and 19% garnacha blanca; fermented and aged in new French oak): Light yellow-gold. Exotic scents of lemon curd, candied ginger, white flowers and smoky minerals. A vanilla quality comes up with air, adding sweetness and depth to the juicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors. The mineral element returns on the finish, which lingers with very good tenacity.
