89 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - September/October 2013

(50% merlot, 25% tempranillo and 25% cabernet sauvignon):  Vivid ruby.  High-toned dark berry and cherry scents, with a subtle smoky quality in the background.  Tangy and sharply focused, offering bitter cherry and black raspberry flavors that gain sweetness with air.  Closes with good cut and length, leaving a slightly tart berry skin note behind.
