(30% new French oak): Bright yellow. Musky pear skin, peach pit and lemon curd aromas, with a white pepper quality adding vivacity. Silky and a bit warm on the palate, offering ripe orchard and pit fruit flavors and a touch of bitter lemon zest. Closes dry and spicy, with good focus and bite.
