(from ten-year-old vines; a blend of bosco and albarola): Full yellow. Wild herbs, ginger and a hint of candied ripeness on the nose. Dry and aromatic in the mouth, with spicy, soft Mediterranean herb and tea leaf elements dominating the middle palate. Enticing minerality contributes to this unfiltered, unfined wine's impression of structure. Lots of flavor interest here.
