Good medium red.  Red fruits, smoke, nuts, truffle and underbrush on the slightly muted, reduced nose, plus a whiff of dried flowers.  Suaver and more vibrant than the Case Nere, with nicely integrated acidity energizing the strawberry and underbrush flavors.  Finishes with sweet tannins and noteworthy persistence.
