(9.5% alcohol):  Green-tinged straw.  Displays scents of fresh melon and peach, with a hint of ginger adding lift and spiciness.  Silky and seamless on the palate, offering juicy honeydew and pear nectar flavors and a sharp kick of white pepper.  Finishes on a gently sweet note, with good breadth and cling.  I'd serve this with spicy southeast Asian poultry or seafood dishes.  The fruit here was sourced entirely from the cool King Valley region.
