(a blend of muscat of Alexandria and cataratto): Light, greenish gold. Yellow stone fruits and white pepper on the nose, with subtle floral and ginger notes adding complexity. Dry and taut in the mouth, with lively apricot and quince flavors showing a refreshingly bitter quality. Finishes with good clarity and cut, though a bit more concentration wouldn't have hurt.
