Light yellow.  Spicy, ginger-accented citrus and orchard fruit aromas show good clarity and hint of white pepper.  Dry and racy, offering light-bodied lemon and bitter quince flavors and a touch of anise.  Finishes clean and nervy, with a repeating bitter edge.
