Rich golden yellow. Alluring aromas of papaya, mango, passion fruit and clove, with a faint hint of smoky botrytis. The rich, creamy papaya flavor is laced with a fine saline minerality. Elegant and deep. Shows a nice touch of brown spice on the very suave, long finish. Still closed, this is a riesling for the long haul and one of the very finest ausleses of the vintage.
