(a 50/50 blend of tempranillo and garnacha): Vivid ruby-red. Fresh cherry, red berries and smoky minerals on the nose. Spicy, firm and tightly wound, displaying good lift to its flavors of redcurrant, bitter cherry and licorice. A gripping, focused midweight with gentle sweetness and dusty tannins on the incisive finish.
