(90% viura and 10% malvasia; fermented in new French, followed by three months of aging on its lees in stainless steel tanks):  Light yellow-gold.  Melon, nectarine and fresh fig aromas, with subtle floral and ginger notes emerging with air.  Dry, tightly wound orchard and pit fruit flavors show good depth, with juicy acidity providing spine.  Leaves sappy honeydew and orchard fruit notes behind on the lightly smoky, clinging finish.
