Pale yellow. Aromas of lemon zest, lime, mandarin orange, caraway seed and powdered stone. Very rich, dry and densely packed, with strong saline minerality keeping the lemon, lime, mint and crushed stone flavors under wraps today. This fruit was harvested very late and yet the wine retains excellent balance and dusty energy. The crop level here was 37 hectoliters per hectare, according to Bernard Billaud.
