Deep red.  Spicy cherry and raspberry aromas are complemented by white pepper and fresh rose notes.  Lively and focused on the palate, offering gently sweet red berry flavors and a hint of sassafras.  Finishes on a subtly tannic note, with good clarity and a lingering bitter cherry note.
